You saw them in their naked, unadorned state yesterday and now here they are, resplendent on my new cake-stand filled with cream and covered with chocolate. I present to you my first attempt at making profiteroles...

  1. Very impressive - choux pastry is really difficult to make. Profiteroles are one of your Mum's favourites (for future reference!)
