Having arrived late yesterday we didn't have time to explore our surroundings although the owner of our holiday cottage gave us detailed instructions as to how to get down to the local village. This morning we set off on the coast path to walk into nearby Polperro - a lovely walk and Mr W was very excited to spot Richard Madeley walking the other way (apparently he and Judy have a cottage nearby!).

    Oh! lucky Stephen. I would have like to spotted Richard Madeley. They live at Talland Bay and he goes for his paper every morning!

    Surely you remembered the way to Polperro having been pushed up and down the hill in your pushchair so many times!
