Time to leave Cornwall today but our holiday is not quite over yet as we're staying overnight with my parents in Dorset to break the journey. We arrived early afternoon and later on we were treated to some of Mum's homemade lemon cake - yum!

Although my parents are now back from their round the world trip we've received four postcards from three different countries from them in the last two days. Yesterday we got two from the Cook Islands and today we had one dated 17 March from New Zealand (which they visited before the Cook Islands!) and one from Los Angeles.

We got another postcard from my parents today - it arrived a bit quicker than their previous cards from New Zealand North Island but it still came with a odd sticker on the front indicating that it had come via Darussalam.

Saw this special double-decker bus whilst out getting my lunch today and was reminded of a friends' wedding a few years ago where we were taken from the church to the reception in a similar bus.  A lovely touch for a London wedding and if I remember rightly our friends travelled in a shiny white cab.
