Mr W is very dedicated to his tube running project, which is why he left the house at 6.45am on a Sunday morning in order to catch the train up to London and embark on the latest leg of his journey. Meanwhile I just rolled over went back to sleep for another couple of hours, but I was with him in spirit - honest!

Ok, this is going to make me sound like a grumpy old woman, but I really couldn't believe my eyes when I went into Tesco this afternoon and spotted a shelf full of Easter products on sale already! Christmas is barely over and it's not as if Easter is early next year - there's still a good 3-4 months of shopping days left to buy your eggs!

This morning we got up uber-early to be swim marshalls for our tri club's triathlon. There was quite a lot of concentration involved counting the number of lengths the competitors had done with up to three swimmers per lane for three hours, however we were amply rewarded for our time with this bagful of goodies!
