After eating lots of big meals and chocolate when we were away last weekend, I decided that tonight I would be healthy and have a big salad with some smoked mackerel for my tea. Unfortunately I did have to have some salad cream with it but the good intentions were there!
All free food for me. Was the salad cream low fat? I doubt it - in this case you need to syn it!
