Last week Mr W bought me a smart metal poppy pin as my paper ones usually get all scrunched-up or lost by the time Remembrance Sunday comes around. Unfortunately my coat lapel is too thick for the back to fit on the pin properly and so after only a couple of days I have managed to lose the posh one. I have replaced it with paper one - I wonder how long this one will last.

ReplyDeleteOh, I sense some domestic tension here. It has to last until November 12th. And then you reuse the pin for next year.
